ROPS FOPS Dyna 4093 Conversion
Transerve-JHT’s ROPS Fops vehicle conversion designs are light but built rugged and are perfectly suited for opencast mining operations.
Our ROPS FOPS vehicle designs undergo destructive testing and are certified by the University of Pretoria in accordance with the latest Automobile Association (AA) specifications.
The Toyota 4093 vehicle pictured alongside has been converted into a ROPS Underground personnel carrier vehicle and features fail safe brakes, anti crush seats fitted with five point seat belt system, light but sturdy roll over protection structures, tough, scuff proof, rubberized passenger interior surfaces, fire suppression systems and fixed ventilated window system.
As can be seen, the original vehicle cab height is significantly reduced and the new ROPS FOPS vehicle conversion features a stiffened cab and new body, rear and side doors, front and rear bull bars and a rear step incorporated into the rear bull bar.
