ROPS FOPS Toyota Hilux Conversion
JHT designed and manufactured a ROPS ambulance with stretchers with swivel lock brake wheels & adjustable back rest.
The vehicle features collapsible arm rests & strong durable stainless steel construction.

The ROPS Ambulance Includes the following:
- Mattresses with PVC splash proof covers
- Floor holding brackets x 2
- 4 X basket ambulance stretchers with bridal harnesses which can accommodate 1 X spine board
The Ambulance trauma kit” includes:
- A durable plastic trauma board (1800x490mm)
- An EMS vinyl head block immobilizing set
- A spider harness colour coded durable carry bag for clean & protective storage
- SABA tested (South African product) 4 X Lifepak 1000 defibrillator / AED
- A large lcd screen real time 3 lead ECG graphic display
- Full AED function & manual override (optional)
- Adaptiv biphasic technology provides full range of energy up to 360j non rechargeable battery pack deliverers over
- 400 shocks & 15 hours monitoring with a 5 year shelf life.
- Battery gauge provides the ability to assess Battery readiness
- Rugged design with IP55 rating & protective bag
- 1 X Afrox Hayer wall box x 4 & piping to outlets
- Includes installation at our Middelburg, Mpumalanga workshop and the following parts:
- 2 x oxygen regulator pin index high flow with 50 Psi Diss outlet fittings plus adjustable flow settings from 1- 25 lpm
- 2 x Dail-a-flow double Hayer fitting
- 2 x oxygen cylinder – 1400 liter complete with pin Index valve – black & white top – refill only on exchange @ our Middelburg office
